There will be 12 starters for Saturday's ISORA Offshore Race (number 13) from Dun Laoghaire to Pwlhelli in North Wales.
Even with some boats, including former champion Rockabill VI, unavailable due to this week's Calves Week Regatta in West Cork, and eight having also competed in July's Fastnet Race, there will still be 12 starters for Saturday morning's (August 9th) ISORA Offshore Race from Dun Laoghaire to Pwlhelli in North Wales.

This season's cross-channel champion, Lomard 46 Pata Negra (Andrew and Sam Hall), who have already won two preceding races, will be on the Dun Laoghaire start line again, as will Pwlhelli clubmates, the J122 crew of Mojito (Vicky Cox and Peter Dunlop), the recent winners of the Royal Dee Offshore Championships.

The 8 am start for the 80-miler will see four Dun Laoghaire boats and eight Welsh competing with the overall ISORA series leader, the Royal St. George's J122 Aurelia (Chris Power Smith), still fighting off the substantial challenges of Pata Negra and Mojito at the top of the table and by a margin of 18.4 points.
