Club de Mar–Mallorca has been confirmed as the host of the 2026 Flying Fifteen European Championship.
The regatta will run from 6–11 October 2026 and is expected to attract about 50 boats.
World Sailing and the International Flying Fifteen Class Association approved the Mallorcan club’s bid.
It will be the first time the club has organised a European Championship in the class.
Commodore Manuel Nadal de Uhler said the event was “a major boost” for the club’s sailing activity.
“We are strengthening our activity in the sailing section,” he added.
The championship is held every two years. Mallorca takes over from Morgat in France, where British duo Ian Pinnell and Ian Cadwallader won the title.
