The family of a woman missing from the Aran island of Inis Oírr have appealed for help in the search.
An urgent appeal has been issued for two experienced divers to assist in an underwater search.
In a post on social media, Stephanie Donoghue said that “any help that can be given with the search for my mother Bernie would be greatly appreciated”.
Her mother is believed to have entered the water at Inis Oírr pier early on the morning of Friday, January 17th.
Low tide walks of the shoreline on Sunday afternoon have been concentrated on Aran islands, and on the south Connemara coast, concentrating on an area from Indreabhán airport west to Ros-a-Mhíl.
